Video - The Secret Powers of Time

Great video and thoughts were well presented indeed. Myself growing to adulthood riding the 'cusp' of the digital era, I can truly say that this video goes a long way to show the gulf between current generations (my own, and those after me) and those before me. Not in the manner of 'good vs bad' or 'what is right' or 'what is wrong'. We 'know' these things, our minds do not debate good/bad or right/wrong, we 'know' (that doesn't stop One from doing good, or doing bad - but, believe me we know!). We spend time in other areas - which yes has changed how we learn, how we process the world around us.. (Classic classrooms were boring for me in 1st grade, nevermind 5th when I played on a TRS-80 for the first time - I can't imagine the boredom brilliant children must be feeling these days in public classrooms!). We ask questions that astonish older generations (generally sending us to the back of the room for speaking..) Quite frankly, the floodgates are open and we're waiting for the right method to 'dump' into our minds - and that isn't happening from within humanity itself, at this time.
Ask any great thinker of our time, and review what past brilliant thinkers have said before - even they admit they are only scratching the surface of what is possible. I suggest, that humanities digital youth is riding the cusp of a turning point, seeking for that 'great upload of the mind' to truly begin. We've 'prepped' ourself for it with technology - The Enter key is ready to be pushed. :)
